Return Window
You may return or exchange unused Products within 14 days of delivery confirmation.

Condition Requirements

• Unused, tags attached (if applicable), original packaging intact
• Must include proof of purchase

Non‑Returnable Products

• Custom / made-to-order items
• Perishable goods
• Final sale or clearance items
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering

Return Process

1. Email admin@averixgroupltd.com within 14 days with order number, Product name, and return reason.
2. Await confirmation and return instructions (we may issue a prepaid label).
3. Ship the Product as directed and retain proof of dispatch.
4. We’ll inspect the return and notify you within 7 business days.

Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect the returned Product, we’ll dispatch the replacement if in stock.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping & return shipping costs are non‑refundable unless caused by our error.

Policy Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges from customers exhibiting abusive behavior.
