2. Definitions

• “Customer” = you, your representative, or your organization
• “Products” = all PPE and Outdoor & Tactical Equipment sold

3. Orders & Acceptance
   All orders are offers subject to our acceptance. We may decline or cancel orders due to inventory constraints, pricing, or verification steps.
4. Pricing & Payment
   Prices are in Kenya Shillings (KES), excluding VAT and shipping unless stated. We reserve the right to correct errors and change prices without notice.
5. Delivery & Risk
   Delivery timelines:

• Nairobi environs: 1–2 hours
• Rest of Kenya: 1–3 business days
• East Africa: 3–7 business days

Title and risk of loss pass to the Customer upon shipment departure.

7. Liability Limitation
   Averix Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability equals the purchase price.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
   These Terms are governed by Kenyan law. Disputes will be litigated in Kenyan courts.

   We may update Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of revisions.
